CONSULTATION FEE SCHEDULE

Please note the following:

1. All prices quoted above are subject to prevailing taxes.
2. Consultation Fees refer to the professional fee earned by providing consultation in a clinical setting. It does
   not include the cost of medications, injections, operations, special procedures, laboratory tests and
   other investigations.
3. Emergency/Home/Offsite surcharge does not include transportation charges and travel time. This will
   be charged separately.
4. Emergency Dispensing Fee is charged when medications are requested to be dispensed without
   the advance notice of at least 1 working day.
5. Practice Cost covers administrative and other related expenses involved in the appointment or request.
6. Therapy works best with commitment. In line with general psychiatry, psychology and therapy practices; a
   50% deposit of the respective clinician’s fee will be required in the event of a no-show for the first booking
   in order to secure a new appointment.
