Kaiwei is trained in a variety of mo-dalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychody-namic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Be-haviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Based Therapy (SFBT). She also enjoys weaving in creative elements of play therapy and art therapy in her work with younger clients.

In respecting that a therapy journey can be deeply personal and growing, Kaiwei values creating a warm, empathetic and self-actualizing therapeutic space.
