Sara graduated with Summa Cum Laude honours in Bachelor of Arts Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Upon graduation, she also completed a certified course specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. In 2022, Sara worked at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) under the Clinical Forensic Psychological Services (CFPS) as an associate psychologist. She was actively engaged in their research evaluation and oversaw the management of their program databases. On the clinical front, she co-facilitated group therapy for young adult probationers with diverse behavioural and mental health needs. She has received training in administering various psychometric and risk assessment tools and has expertise in crafting comprehensive psychological reports.

Sara joined Promises in 2023 and has since been a part of the forensic services team. Her current responsibilities involve working with forensic clients across different age groups dealing with diverse legal issues. She is actively involved in the forensic assessment process and contributes to the preparation of medico-legal reports under supervision of a registered clinician. Beyond this, Sara offers basic counselling and mental health support in both forensic and non-forensic cases. Additionally, Sara is also part of the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and SPRAVATO esketamine nasal spray administration team. She also assists with the administration of ADHD assessments under supervision.
