Jocelyn Cheng

When faced with professional and personal stressors, people may experience severe and prolonged distress. Believing in psychological wellness, Jocelyn endeavours to equip clients with skills to manage distress and enhance resilience. In her practice, Jocelyn aims to provide a safe therapeutic space where clients weather and flourish through life struggles.

Since completing her Master of Psychology (Clinical), Jocelyn has been providing individual psychological intervention for adolescents and adults with mental health concerns. Having gained clinical experience in both Australia and Singapore, Jocelyn’s clientele base ranged from high-functioning individuals in multinational companies to incarcerated individuals in correctional services. Additionally, she is trained to administer psychological assessment for various aspects of functioning (e.g. behavioural, cognitive and intellectual).

Mara Hubana

Mara is a qualified psychotherapist who specializes in providing support to partners of individuals dealing with addiction. She strongly believes that addiction affects not only the person struggling with substance or behaviour abuse but also the family members. Mara believes that participating in partner therapy can be vital in mending and supporting relationships affected by addiction.

Mara has a Master of Counselling (Advanced Family Therapy) from Swinburne University, Australia. She uses an integrative approach to therapy, which includes the Personal-Centered Approach, Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Structural Family Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Her goal is to help committed couples restore their relationship that has been affected by significant issues such as affairs, trauma, and addictions.

Mara is originally from Argentina and has over 20 years of experience working in international companies. Before moving to Singapore, she worked in Argentina, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She gained diverse experience working with cross-cultural teams, managing conflict resolution, and implementing motivational programs. Mara speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and supports the LGBTQA+ community.

Jane Low

Jane has more than 10 years of experience in providing psychological therapy to clients across the lifespan. She is a trained counselling psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in tertiary education, hospital and the private practice industry. Jane is fluent in English and Mandarin and she is passionate about improving clients’ emotional health and well-being. She is currently researching on burnout levels in aged care staff as part of her doctoral project.

Vida Ortiz

Vida is a trauma therapist who incorporates strengths-based approach in her work with clients. She holds a Master of Counselling (Advanced) from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Clinical Member of the Singapore Association for Counselling. Since 2014, she has been providing counselling and psychotherapy to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Vida’s expertise extends to supporting clients dealing with various issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, marital/relationship problems, chronic stress, trauma, parenting challenges, and other emotional and interpersonal difficulties. She also works with clients diagnosed with bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other features of personality disorders.

In her practice, Vida adopts a client-centered integrative approach and utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy) and Mindfulness. Her dedication and passion lie in helping clients lead meaningful, self-directed and fulfilling lives.

Varian Monteiro

Varian Monteiro is a counselling therapist with considerable experience assisting clients with addiction, trauma, and relational challenges. He also assists clients in handling some of life’s toughest decisions. With his client-centered, biopsychosocial approach, Varian continues to lend a compassionate space to his international clientele.

Pearlene Lim

Pearlene Lim provides psychotherapy services for children, adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties coping with their mental illnesses, anger, stress, or relationships. She is also trained in conducting psychological assessments in the areas of intelligence, cognitive impairment and intellectual disability.

Pearlene has worked with clients in different clinical settings both in the public and private sectors. She is currently also providing psychological services for the incarcerated in the public sector.

Monica Go

Monica has over 15 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She provides psychological assessment and therapy on a broad range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. She has a special interest in trauma recovery, resilience and psychosocial oncology. She is a registered clinical psychologist and approved supervisor with Singapore Psychological Society.

Prior to joining the private sector, she worked in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) for most of her career and she was an educator with MOE for several years.

Winifred Ling

Winifred Ling is a Couples Therapist and Relationship Coach. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples to pursue the relationship of their dreams. As a Certified Gottman Educator, she is qualified to conduct the renowned evidence-based parenting program called Bringing Baby Home for new parents and parents-to-be, Gottman Seven Principles Program and the Emotional Coaching Program. She has completed her Level 3 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

She is Certified practitioner for Multichannel Eye Movement Intergration (MEMI), which is a relatively new PTSD treatment paradigm. MEMI is a safe, easy-to-use, multisensory approach that dulls all reactions to traumatic experiences — related imagery, sounds, and physical and emotional distress — not just intrusive thoughts.

As a Positive Psychology Practitioner, she applies the principles of Positive Psychology in helping individuals and couples who seek to live a more intentional, meaningful and flourishing life.

Winifred and her husband are avowed foodies who seek out good restaurants and review them. They hunt down Michelin Star restaurants and have amassed 118 stars to date!

Samantha Cheng

Samantha trained and worked as an accountant before moving into mentoring, coaching and counselling college students on issues of emerging identity, life direction and relationships. Her work took a cross-cultural orientation when she moved overseas for 10 years, working with international students and youths from immigrant families. After relocating back to Singapore, she was able to support families dealing with cross-cultural transitions, re-entry adjustments and the psychological and emotional impact of relocations on third culture kids and individuals. Samantha is also adept at helping youth and adult clients with mood and anxiety disorders, marital and parenting issues, trauma, self-identity, grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, integration of spirituality and psychological well-being.

Gaurang Bhatia

Gaurang Bhatia is an experienced counsellor based in Singapore. He provides psychology therapy to adults and adolescents with a wide range of mental health concerns. His specialist interest is in addressing trauma and addictions. Gaurang also works with couples/partners especially in context of betrayal trauma. He also works with LGBTQ clients. As a seasoned meditator, Gaurang incorporates mindfulness in his sessions.
