Join us for an immersive 4-day psychodrama intensive, open to both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their skills. You’ll explore powerful techniques like doubling and role reversal with the opportunity to apply them in individual, couple, family, and group settings. Whether you’re new to psychodrama or looking to enhance your practice, this workshop offers up to 28 training hours towards certification and a transformative learning experience.
During this workshop, you will:
Learn to practice psychodrama skills through structured excercise and vignettes which are applicable in working with individuals, couples, families and groups.

- directorPsychodrama skills will be taught through a combination of didactic and experiential learning with handouts provided.
Select participants will have the opportunity to be directed by the trainers in full psychodramas.

Sharmini Winslow
BFA, MiC, CP, PAT, Founder & Director of Psychodrama Singapore.
Sharmini is Singapore’s first Certified Psychodramatist by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama. Her speciality is working with adults with mood disorders, trauma and PTSD. Sharmini runs ongoing therapy groups and training programs to teach Psychodrama to professionals in the Asia Pacific region.
Rebecca Walters
MS, LMHC, LCAT, TEP
Rebecca is the director of the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute which she founded in 1989. She has worked with individuals and groups of children, adolescents and adults for over 40 years. She is an international trainer renowned for her expertise in the use of action methods with children, adolescents, in healing trauma and in DBT.
