With telemedicine set to become a key feature in Singapore’s healthcare landscape, Promises Healthcare is developing proprietary teleconsultation infrastructure that best meets the unique needs of our practice.

Until we are ready to roll out our solution, we have decided forthwith to extend to you the option of attending your appointments on the popular video conferencing platform, Zoom, or over the telephone

Please note that all teleconsultations will incur a fixed S$25 Practice Cost on top of regular Consultation Fees. You will also need to pre-pay full fees in order to secure a teleconsultation.
