Jane has more than 10 years of experience in providing psychological therapy to clients across the lifespan. She is a trained clinical psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in tertiary education, hospital and the private practice industry. Jane is fluent in English and Mandarin and she is passionate about improving clients’ emotional health and well-being.

Jane is a registered psychologist with an endorsement in clinical psychology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She has worked with children, adolescents and adults within public and private mental health settings. She has worked at a tertiary education institution in Melbourne, at the department of paediatrics in National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore and private practice clinics in Melbourne. Jane believes in providing evidence-based psychological counselling by engaging her clients in a person-centred approach, creating a warm and safe space for them to share their issues.
She also helps clients with brainstorming and identifying strategies for dealing with their thoughts, feelings and difficult situations through supportive counselling. She is keen in working with children, adolescents and adults in areas such as: depression, anxiety, stress management, adjustment difficulties, behavioural issues, somatic symptoms, grief and loss, relationship and interpersonal difficulties. Her therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
Jane’s self-care regime includes listening to Indie Music, running in the park and doing home workouts.
