Mavis is a certified neurodiversity coach who works 1 on 1 with Autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent individuals to achieve their personal, work, life or relationship goals. She also works as a leadership coach in government ministries, academic programmes and organisations. She holds several coaching certifications, as well as a Master degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology.

Mavis is an experienced neurodiversity coach working with Autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent individuals to achieve their own personal, work, life or relationship goals. She helps her clients gain clearer understanding of themselves and the neurotypical world in which they live, and make clear trackable progress towards their goals. Mavis is trained and certified as a neurodiversity coach by the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity
(AANE).
Mavis also works as a leadership coach for government ministries, corporations and executive education programmes. Using a collaborative approach which draws on clients’ unique strengths, she enables them to address sticky issues that may not be visible on the
surface, yet significantly impact the way in which they lead, connect and are internally motivated. Mavis is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CTI). She also has an Executive Master Degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology.
Mavis has more than 20 years of executive experience in international operations management, strategic decision making and organisational change. She has helped multinational corporations based in Asia, Europe and North America to strengthen operations and forge lucrative collaborative partnerships and expand into new markets during periods of significant uncertainty and change. Mavis has also taught leadership and negotiation at National University of Singapore’s Business School and was a Fellow (instructor) at Tembusu College (NUS).
She has developed and facilitated various workshops on leadership, change management and identity. Mavis has co-authored materials for leadership training and assessment/benchmarking tools to support best practice. She is experienced with various leadership assessment tools (e.g., MLQ, TLQ, OPQ, PAPI2, MBTI).
A Canadian and US citizen, she has lived and worked in various countries in Asia and Europe. She lives in Singapore with her husband and son.
