Dr. Adrian Loh

Dr Adrian Loh is an experienced psychiatrist with a subspecialty focus in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has a special interest in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders and Neurodiversity, expertise in military, occupational and aviation psychiatry and a strong appreciation for the cross-cultural aspects of mental well-being.

Tan Su-Lynn

Tan Su-Lynn is an Principal Educational Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with children with special needs during her time at the MOE. Su-Lynn has done much work helping schools to identify and support children with special needs, and consults for schools and parents on learning and behavioural intervention strategies.

Dr. Terence Leong

Dr Terence Leong is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist who specialises in general adult psychiatry and medical psychiatry, and is respected in the field of forensic psychiatry.

Dr Leong has occupied multiple key roles at the National University Health System, which oversees several hospitals, national speciality centres, and polyclinics. In addition, he was also appointed to be a senior lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Dr. Sean David Vanniasingham

Dr Sean David Vanniasingham is a consultant psychiatrist experienced in general psychiatry, addiction medicine, and neurostimulation treatment.

Dr David graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery and subsequently attained his post-graduate degree from the Royal College of Psychiatrists. After completing his psychiatry residency training, he practiced as a psychiatrist at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) and the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).

Dr David has a vast experience in treating patients from both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has treated a wide variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, psychosis, addictions, stress-related conditions and insomnia. He is also trained in in the practice of neurostimulation treatment modalities such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Dr David is a firm believer of practicing a bio-psycho-social model approach in the holistic and recovery-oriented care of his patients.

Dr David is passionate about the education of young doctors. He was awarded the National Healthcare Group teaching recognition award for medical educators. He has also presented at conferences and given public education talks. He is an examiner for the MRCPsych (UK) examinations held in Singapore. Dr David is a fellow at the Academy of Medicine Singapore and is currently serving as an executive committee member of the Singapore Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Belinda Teo

Dr. Belinda Teo is an experienced clinical psychologist who has provided psychological evaluations and interventions to children and adults with a range of co-occurring mental health concerns. She holds a special interest in providing differential diagnoses for neurodivergent and gender-diverse populations.

Woo Mei Hui

Ms. Woo Mei Hui is an educational psychologist who has worked with children and adolescents across a wide range of settings and abilities in Singapore since 2004. She is experienced in providing psychological assessment, intervention, and counselling for various special needs and conditions in order to help children and youths maximise their potential and improve their quality of life.

Rachel Francis

Specialising in difficulties experienced by children and adolescents (aged 8-21), Rachel is a perfect fit for young clients seeking therapy, particularly for anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders and socioemotional difficulties, including challenges with social competencies, self-regulation, social problem-solving, friendships, and behavioural issues.

As a third culture kid who found her home in Singapore fifteen years ago, Rachel has a nuanced understanding of the challenges facing young people in Singapore’s uniquely demanding environment and is experienced in helping clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

S C Anbarasu

S C Anbarasu is experienced and trained in the assessment and intervention of various mental illnesses and cognitive functioning. He is also qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric assessments, and prepare psychological reports for SPED admissions.

Amy Huang

Amy provides psychotherapy and counselling services to children, adolescents and adults. In her experience, she has supported clients across a variety of emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, attachment wounds, school-related stresses, and relationship struggles. 

Amy holds a Masters of Social Science in Professional Counselling from Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. She also has a Diploma in School Counselling from the National Institute of Education. Amy started practising as a counsellor since 2012, and is currently a clinical member and a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).

Mok Sook Fern

Sook Fern provides psychotherapy and assessment services to children and adolescents. She has experience in helping clients with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, school-related stresses, and Anorexia Nervosa.

Sook Fern holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) from Murdoch University. She has been practicing as a psychologist since 2014 and is registered as a full member with the Singapore Psychological Society.
